The treatments we coordinate

Tell us your diagnosis and we will match you to surgeons who treat it every week, not occasionally.

How it works

Four steps, and you are never doing them alone

  1. Share your case

Send us your reports and tell us what you need. A case manager is assigned to you the same day.

  2. Get your estimate

We come back with treating doctors, hospital options and a clear written cost estimate.

  3. Travel and treatment

Visa letter, flights, pickup, hotel and interpreter arranged. You focus on getting treated.

  4. Recovery and follow-up

We stay with you after discharge and coordinate follow-up once you are home.

Travel support

Everything around the treatment

Treatment is the reason you travel. These are the things that make travelling possible.

  1. Medical Visa Invitation

We issue the invitation letter your medical visa application needs, and guide you through the paperwork.

  2. Airport Pickup

You are met at arrivals and driven to your hotel or hospital. No taxi negotiation after a long flight.

  3. Hotel Booking

Accommodation close to your hospital, arranged for you and the family member travelling with you.

  4. Interpreter Services

Interpreters so nothing about your treatment is lost in translation.

  5. Currency Assistance

Help exchanging currency safely at fair rates when you arrive.

  6. SIM Card

A local SIM on arrival, so you can reach us and your family from day one.

  7. Travel Support

Flights, transfers and appointment scheduling coordinated around your treatment dates.

  8. Follow-up Care

Teleconsultations with your treating doctor after you return home.

  9. Teleconsultation

A video consultation with a specialist before you travel, so you can ask questions and see the plan first.

  10. Second Medical Opinion

Your reports reviewed by a senior consultant, with a written opinion you can weigh against your own doctor's advice.

  11. Treatment Cost Estimate

A written estimate from the hospital, with what is included and what is not set out plainly.

  12. Medical Records Translation

Your diagnosis and reports translated so the treating team reads exactly what your own doctor wrote.

  13. Post-treatment Follow-up

Scheduled reviews after you return home, arranged for you rather than left to you to chase.

  14. Local SIM and Connectivity

A working local number on arrival, so your family can reach you from the first day.

  15. Dietary and Meal Support

Meals arranged around your requirements — religious, cultural or clinical.

  16. Family Accommodation

Rooms near the hospital for whoever travels with you, because most people do not travel alone.

Common questions

The things patients ask us first

Costs, visas, travel and what happens after you go home.

What does the estimate include?

Each estimate sets out the hospital and surgeon fees, the expected length of stay, and the tests included on arrival. It also states clearly what is not included — for example, a longer stay if your recovery needs one, or treatment for a condition found after admission. If anything in the estimate is unclear, ask your case manager and they will break it down.

How do I pay the hospital?

You pay the hospital directly. We never take payment for your treatment on the hospital's behalf, and no one from Swasthy Wellcare will ask you to transfer treatment fees to us. If you receive a request like that, contact us before acting on it.

Can you help with a medical visa?

Yes. Once a hospital has accepted your case, we issue the invitation letter that a medical visa application needs, and we guide you through the paperwork. The visa decision itself rests with the authorities of the country you are travelling to — we can prepare your application properly, but we cannot guarantee its outcome.

Will someone meet me at the airport?

Yes. We arrange airport pickup and take you to your hotel or hospital, so you are not negotiating with a taxi after a long flight. Tell us your flight details once they are booked and we will confirm the arrangements.

I do not speak the local language. Is that a problem?

No. We arrange interpreters so nothing about your treatment is lost in translation, including your consultations and your discharge instructions.

How do I start?

Send us your diagnosis and any recent reports — scans, blood work, discharge summaries. A named case manager reviews them with treating doctors and comes back to you with the hospitals and surgeons who handle your condition, along with a written estimate.

How do you choose which hospital to recommend?

We look at whether the hospital holds current accreditation, and at its record in the specific procedure you need — not its general reputation. We list a hospital only once we can verify both. Where we cannot verify something, we say so rather than guess.

Can I get a second opinion before I travel?

Yes. We can put your reports in front of a senior consultant before you commit to travelling anywhere. Several patients use this to confirm whether surgery is needed at all.

Do you provide medical advice?

No. Swasthy Wellcare coordinates medical travel. We do not diagnose, treat or advise on your condition — that is the role of the qualified clinicians who see you and your reports. Always consult a clinician about your own care.
