Recent endoscopy or colonoscopy reports with biopsy results, liver function tests, and any imaging of the abdomen. Where liver disease is advanced, bring the most recent assessment of its severity.

Gastric Sleeve Surgery
Part of the stomach is removed to reduce its capacity. Dietetic support before and after is part of the treatment, not an extra.

The gallbladder is removed through keyhole surgery, usually with a short stay and a quick return to normal activity.
