Photographs of the concern over time if you have them, details of any previous surgery to the area, and a full medication list including anything affecting clotting. Worth asking: to see the surgeon's own results on cases like yours, what the scars will look like and where they will sit, how long swelling takes to settle before the result can be judged, and what revision would involve if you are not satisfied.
