What we do
Swasthy Wellcare is a medical travel coordinator. We help you find treatment options, obtain written cost estimates, and arrange the travel around your treatment — visa letters, airport transfer, accommodation, interpreters and follow-up coordination.
What we do not do
We do not provide medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe or give medical advice. We are not a hospital, a clinic or a healthcare provider, and we do not employ the doctors or hospitals we introduce you to. Your clinical care is provided by, and is the responsibility of, the hospital and clinicians who treat you.
Estimates and prices
Any cost estimate we pass to you comes from the hospital, not from us. Estimates are indicative and may change once you are assessed in person, if your treatment plan changes, or if your recovery requires a longer stay. We do not guarantee that a quoted figure will be the final amount.
Payment
You pay hospitals and other providers directly. We do not collect treatment fees on their behalf. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you to transfer treatment fees to us, contact us before acting on it.
Visas and travel
We prepare and support your visa application, but visa decisions are made by the authorities of the destination country. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted, or the timescale for a decision.
Information you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and medical records you provide. Treatment options and estimates depend on them.
Our liability
We are responsible for the coordination services we agree to provide. We are not responsible for the clinical outcome of your treatment, or for the acts and omissions of hospitals, clinicians, airlines, hotels or other independent providers. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered office. The specific jurisdiction is to be confirmed on legal review.
